Attorney Brad Lanford published in SC Association for Justice magazineAttorney Brad Lanford recently authored an article for the Winter 2021-2022 edition of South Carolina Association for Justice’s publication, The Justice Bulletin.

In the article, Lanford drew from his prior experience as a defense lawyer to discuss some of the pitfalls and challenges associated with underinsured motorist (UIM) bad faith cases. He also analyzed the range of options for practitioners when an insurance carrier refuses to comply with a demand for payment of the UIM coverage.
