Meet Attorney Kenneth E. Berger
Attorney and author Kenneth Berger started his law firm in 2011 and has since become a respected legal advocate for brain injury victims. He is a member of several prominent organizations that support the brain injury community, including the American Association for Justice's Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group, the North American Brain Injury Society, and the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina.
In 2015, Berger organized and led the South Carolina Bar Association's first-ever brain injury seminar, which attracted attorneys and medical specialists from all over the country. He also frequently addresses the South Carolina Bar on the topic of TBIs and was the featured speaker at the Brain Injury Association of South Carolina's Annual Conference in 2016. Additionally, Berger's article "Litigating the 'Mild' Traumatic Brain Injury Case" was published by the South Carolina and Kentucky Associations for Justice.
