I wanted a firm that would be honest, fair and had experience with this type of case. I think most of all, I wanted a firm that would listen to me and treat me like a person rather than just another case. After my first visit with Attorney Berger, I was completely at ease and stress-free. We were treated like family, like friends, and like the most important client. I received frequent calls to update me on the case and if I had a question, it would be answered immediately or at latest, the very next day.

When working with the team, the attention to the detail and the personal one-on-ones are what surprised me the most. I felt that they were very professional. I was treated excellently- they are top-notch. On a scale of 1-10, their communication was an 11! I didn't know the rules and procedures for dealing with insurance and am so glad I found these guys. From the first time I walked in the door, I could tell they knew what they were doing. They were experienced and professional. Since I had never experienced this before, they took the time to explain everything to me so that I was no longer frustrated or overwhelmed.
I knew I didn't want to talk to a bunch of different people in an office, and I didn't want to be a case number in a drawer. Here, I felt special every time I spoke to them. I saw my attorney almost every time I was in the office; and anytime I had a question, they took the time to answer it.
