The Law Offices of Kenneth Berger is proud to share that Chief Marketing Officer Chelsea Fullerton has been selected for the Leadership Columbia Class of 2027, joining 57 other leaders from businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations throughout the Midlands.
Leadership Columbia is a 10-month leadership development program offered through the Columbia Chamber. Founded in 1972, the program has spent more than 50 years helping emerging and existing leaders develop a deeper understanding of the Midlands and the people, organizations, and issues shaping its future.
About the Leadership Columbia Class of 2027
The 2027 class is the 54th class of Leadership Columbia and includes 58 participants from organizations throughout the region.
Class members were selected through a competitive application and interview process, with applications and interviews evaluated separately by Leadership Columbia alumni. According to the Columbia Chamber, selection criteria included civic involvement, leadership potential, diversity of perspective, and commitment to both the program and the community.
Over the next 10 months, Chelsea and her classmates will participate in monthly class days, a retreat, enrichment activities, and a class project designed to make an impact in the Columbia community.
The experience will also give participants an opportunity to learn more about the Midlands from local leaders and build relationships with people working across a wide range of industries and organizations.
Leadership Through Community Involvement
At the Law Offices of Kenneth Berger, our Columbia roots run deep. We have called Columbia home for years, and our connection to this community extends well beyond the cases we handle.
We believe strong communities depend on people who are willing to participate, listen, learn, build relationships, and contribute where they can.
Chelsea's selection for Leadership Columbia reflects that same commitment to continued learning and meaningful community involvement. As Chief Marketing Officer, she helps lead the firm's efforts to build stronger relationships with the people, organizations, and communities we serve across the Midlands and throughout South Carolina.
We are excited for the experiences, relationships, and perspectives she will gain throughout the program and for the opportunity to bring those lessons back to our team and our work in the community.
Congratulations to Chelsea and all 58 members of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2027!
