We are pleased to share that our director of marketing and operations, Chelsea Fullerton, has joined the Mothers Against Drunk Driving South Carolina (MADD SC) Board of Directors. MADD is a grassroots organization committed to supporting victims of drunk and drugged driving and advocating for stricter laws against impaired driving. They provide victims with emotional support, guidance through the criminal and civil justice process, connections and assistance for victims to access national, state, and local financial resources, and so much more.
In her three year term, Chelsea will work to support MADD through participation in fundraising, increasing awareness of MADD’s missions and current events to help end drunk driving, and advocating for policy changes that MADD is advancing for the safety of our state. The Law Office of Kenneth Berger has been a proud supporter of MADD SC for many years, sponsoring and attending a wide variety of events, including the Tie One On for Safety Campaign, Law Enforcement Recognition Dinner & Training Symposium, Ride Like MADD, Designated Driver Appreciation Week, Columbia Walk Like MADD, and Upstate Walk Like MADD to name a few.
“We see the devastation our clients and their family’s experience because of crashes caused by drunk and drugged drivers every day,” Chelsea said, “Through the organization’s policy advocacy, awareness events, and law enforcement support, MADD SC does so much good in our community to help make our roads safer. I am proud to join MADD SC’s Board to do my part and help end impaired driving for good.”
We are so excited for Chelsea to continue our partnership as a member of the board and cannot wait to see the work that she does to help make South Carolina a safer place for all of us.
