Xeante’ Vance is a Greenville, South Carolina native and a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Class of Spring 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he gained meaningful experience working with BDHH and through fellowships on Capitol Hill, where he supported multiple members of Congress. These roles strengthened his skills in communication, constituent engagement, and organizational management that serve him well in his position at the firm.
As Administrative Coordinator, Xeante’ is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level support to both clients and team members. He is known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex tasks with clarity and efficiency. Guided by a strong belief in the dignity and humanity of every person, he approaches each interaction with empathy, respect, and a commitment to service.
Outside of the office, Xeante’ is active in several organizations, including Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity and the Knights of Columbus. He is also an advocate for missing and exploited children and adults and a proud Catholic at the Basilica of St. Peter in Columbia, South Carolina. Xeante’ enjoys spending time with his boyfriend, Dylan Staley; their rottweiler, Apollo; and their two cats, Ava and Bat. His hobbies include attending Mass, volunteering in the community, and supporting those in need. He is also an avid fan of horror films, Halloween, and the color black.
