The Law Office of Kenneth Berger is proud to announce that personal injury attorney Kenneth Berger has been named the 2021 Vice Chair of the South Carolina Brain Injury Leadership Council (SCBILC).
SC BILC is the state’s advisory body on brain injury as mandated under South Carolina law and the Federal TBI Act of 1996. It is an active forum for addressing systems issues, service gaps, funding constraints, and public awareness related to brain injury.
Berger has been a member of SC BILC since 2018 and is honored to take on this new leadership role to help further the council’s mission to empower people with traumatic brain injury and ensure appropriate services and resources are accessible to all who need them.
