Liz Dalzell article in SCAJ BulletinAttorney Elizabeth “Liz” Dalzell was recently published in the Spring 2021 edition of the South Carolina Association for Justice’s publication, The Justice Bulletin.

She examined the statutory language and explained how she proceeded since the statute does not clearly address the consequence of a carrier's late appearance.
