Attorney Kenneth Berger presents $100,000 checkKenneth Berger was recently featured in the South Carolina Bar’s Raising the Bar campaign, which highlights the ways South Carolina attorneys impact lives and enhance the legal profession through giving back to their communities. The campaign featured a spotlight in the March edition of the SC Bar’s publication, SC Lawyer, as well as a social media shout-out.

The SC Bar recognized the Law Office of Kenneth Berger’s donation of more than $357,000 to community programs over the past three years through our Giving (Every) Tuesday campaign and Lawyers Against Distracted Driving scholarship.

Giving (Every) Tuesday is a weekly initiative where the Law Office of Kenneth Berger donates each Tuesday to a different nonprofit that is taking impactful action to make a difference within the community or beyond. Charitable causes include organizations that champion children’s education and care, community safety, health research and advocacy, animal welfare, disability care and advocacy, and more.

The Lawyers Against Distracted Driving scholarship was created in 2020 to help students overcome the financial challenges of higher education while promoting awareness of the dangers of distracted driving.

The SC Bar also highlighted the Law Office of Kenneth Berger’s latest charitable act. Kenneth Berger recently announced that the royalties from his continuing education book, “Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation” will be donated to the SC Bar Foundation, an organization that promotes justice by funding legal access and education programs throughout the state.
