We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our leadership team and drive the marketing vision for a respected law firm focused on life changing injury and wrongful death cases. This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.

The Marketing Director will serve as the steward of the firm’s brand, reputation, and community presence while leading initiatives that generate new clients, increase case referrals, and strengthen relationships across South Carolina and beyond. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven leader who thrives on measurable outcomes while bringing ingenuity, foresight, and cohesion to every effort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy: Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear performance indicators.
  • Build the Brand: Protect and grow the firm’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visibility.
  • Drive Growth: Create and manage campaigns that increase signed cases and improve average case value.
  • Expand Relationships: Strengthen and build connections with former clients, referral partners, and community leaders.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing: Direct SEO, SEM, website performance, content creation, social media, and email marketing to convert quality leads.
  • Leverage Data: Analyze performance trends, turn insights into action, optimize campaigns in real time, and align every effort with defined business goals.
  • Innovate & Adapt: Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends, testing and scaling initiatives that deliver results.
  • Lead Teams: Manage internal staff and external vendors, ensuring accountability and alignment with growth objectives.
  • Collaborate Across the Firm: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership to align marketing with legal strengths and target case types.
